2. Exceptions to the 24-Hour Guarantee Refunds based on the 24-hour delivery window will not be granted if the delay is caused by:

• The buyer providing an incorrect username or incomplete order details.
• The buyer being unresponsive when contacted for necessary delivery coordination.
• Game servers being temporarily down or inaccessible.

3. Final Sales Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the item or service has been successfully delivered to the buyer. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if you no longer want the item after delivery has been completed.
